The reason for this is that for about $C35, one can purchase a cell phone/mobile phone chip that can be used anywhere in the world from one of the service providers.

Money Gram and Western Union Info
Heads up, Found the following on Fraud Watchers,
First about Money Gram and Western Union money transfers, they are basically the same. These where developped strictly to send money to a friend or family member in a bind, and nothing else. In fact, WU warns not to use it to pay your bills or any other transactions.
The reason is that it's equivalent to sending cash to a stranger. The second the money is picked up, that's it, it's lost. There's no recourse, it's untraceable and unrecoverable. That's the reason scammers prefer it.
A scammer can tell you to send money to a name and address in one country such as the UK, and actually pick it up in a Money Gram office in Nigeria using the MTCN# and/or Q&A.
I must mention that usually, if the scammer hasn't picked up the money, you can still cancel the transfer by going to the WU or Money Gram office.

When we go to book a flight for one of our Bulldog babies i always call ahead and find the most direct flight available (much as if you were looking for a flight for yourself.) my puppies have always arrived safe and sound to their new owners. When we go to book a flight for one of our Bulldog babies i always call ahead and find the most direct flight available (much as if you were looking for a flight for yourself.) my puppies have always arrived safe and sound to their new owners. The reason i will allow my puppies to fly at times is because the home that is the best suited for them is often not within driving distance. The home my puppy goes to makes a difference on what the rest of his or her life will be.They offer home delivery if you wish at no extra cost.They also ship the puppy alongside with a breeder who is going to

A new twist on the bulldog scam
Better english grammar and spelling, same usual key marks. Claims to be from New Jersey, but the e-mail was sent from Africa. They probably clam to be from other locations according to where they placed the various adds. Love the whole "The Ryan Family" bit at the end. Either htey have an accomplice int he US who collects the money, sent via western union or money gram, or they make some excuse such as 'for the orphans' or a sick relative when asking the money be sent to Africa. You will not be able to make arrangements to see the puppies before sending any money...because their aren't any puppies.

Why report the e-mail address for abuse?
I've been asked a couple of times why should we bother to report their e-mail addresses for abuse.
Why, well, because, it makes scamming others more difficult when their e-mail address is axed because of fraud. And most e-mail hosting services are pretty good about deleting e-mails being used for fraud. (even the free ones)
You have to realize, it's not just Craigslist that these scammers use. They can literally post their scams to hundreds of free classified all over the planted. If they have taken the time and trouble to post their scams to these classifieds, then suddenly, their e-mail is deleted, they can't use it anymore. All those postings are useless. All that time, wasted. They have to start all over again:)
We can't do much to stop the scammers, but, we can make it much more difficult for them to scam others. Plus, there's just the added pleasure of being a pain in their proverbial tushies!!!

I am Rev sister Dian from the santus parish California working as general secretary in the department of lay mission helpers. I do travel around the world to offer help to lay missions. So I move with pets on certain occasions to give them to the missions.
Presently, I'm in west Africa with a female and male English bulldog puppy which need to be adopted back in the states because they can be taken good care of in Africa; No pet facilities etc.
They are AKC registered, vet checked, lovely and love the company of kids. Can easily adapt to new regions. They will come along with all their documents.
If interested, I will like to know where you are located precisely, and what you do.

CKC Registration Rules
Registration Rules
(Effective Jan. 1, 2006)
1. Any breeder or owner of any dog(s) using a CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB (CKC) registration application must abide by all of the current CKC registration rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures. In addition, CKC club members and applicants for registration who compete in CKC events must abide by all current CKC Event Rules. Upon registration of any dog in accordance with current CKC registration rules, a registration applicant becomes a member of CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB.
2. Application for registration with CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB must be made on a current, original CKC registration application. It is the responsibility of each dog owner/breeder who represents dogs/puppies as eligible for CKC registration to insure that each registration application is fully completed and given to the new owner at the time the dog/puppy is transferred. Registration applications must be complete with proper documentation and fees for processing by CKC. All applications must be sent to the business office of CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB located in Walker, Louisiana.
3. Any breeder or owner of any dog(s) representing puppies as eligible for CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB registration must have the parent dogs of the puppies registered with CKC prior to representing the puppies as eligible for registration with CKC.
4. When representing a puppy as eligible for CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB registration, the owner/breeder must provide the new owner with a current, completed pre-printed Puppy Registration Application, which includes the parents' names and CKC registration numbers. If the breeder does not own the sire, and the sire is registered with another kennel club, which has been approved by CKC, then the breeder must provide a copy of the sire's registration papers from the other kennel club.
5. The CANINE Registration Application must be used to register dogs whose parents are not registered with CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB. The dog owner must complete the application and provide a copy of registration papers from another kennel club (approved by CKC) as proof of his/her dog being purebred. If other kennel club papers are not available, the dog owner must provide two witnesses who can verify the accuracy and truthfulness of the information listed on the application. When using the witness option, your dog must be at least 6 months of age and you must submit 3 photos (front, left & right) of your dog with the application. If any of the information listed on the application or the photos submitted are challenged, the dog owner agrees to bring forth said witnesses.
6. CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB accepts registration applications and issues certificates based on the honor and integrity of the owner/breeder applicants, and CKC accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate, false, or fraudulent information submitted on registration applications.
a. CKC reserves the right to refuse registration to any person or to revoke or suspend the club member privileges of any member who is convicted of a crime of cruelty to animals in any state, province, or country.
b. CKC reserves the right to refuse registration to any person or to revoke or suspend the club member privileges of any member who acts in a manner that CKC deems unethical, fraudulent, or dishonest.
c. CKC reserves the right to investigate any club member to insure compliance with CKC registration rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Members determined to be at fault of violating any of CKC’s registration rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures are responsible for all fees incurred by CKC’s investigation, including, but not limited to: DNA, PEA, and any other tests conducted in CKC’s investigation.
d. CKC reserves the right to refuse registration to any person or to revoke or suspend the club member privileges of any member who refuses to cooperate with or hinders in any way a CKC investigation or refuses to reimburse CKC investigation fees as described in Rule 6c.
7. CKC registration applicants and certificate holders acknowledge that all CKC registration applications and registration certificates (once issued) remain the property of CKC and are to be surrendered upon demand. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of each dog owner/breeder to notify CKC of any changes in a dog’s registration status such as its death or change in ownership.
8. In cases of questionable parentage of a CKC-registered dog(s) or dog(s) submitted for CKC registration, CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB will recognize and act upon the results of DNA testing to determine the parentage of the dog(s) in question. The DNA testing shall be conducted at a CKC-recognized DNA testing facility, according to current CKC procedures as set forth by CKC, and at the expense of the party contesting or challenging the parentage of the dog(s). When CKC certificates are issued to an applicant, a current set of CKC Registration Rules will be issued to the certificate holder. The certificate holder will be presumed to agree, follow, abide and comply with the current CKC registration rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures, as if he had signed his/her name and set his/her seal to these registration rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures in the same manner as with any binding agreement, unless within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the certificate and the copy of the then current CKC Registration Rules, the certificate holder returns the certificate to CKC for a full refund of fees.

1. Any breeder or owner of any dog(s) using a CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB (CKC) registration application must abide by all of the current CKC registration rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures. In addition, CKC club members and applicants for registration who compete in CKC events must abide by all current CKC Event Rules. Upon registration of any dog in accordance with current CKC registration rules, a registration applicant becomes a member of CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB.
2. Application for registration with CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB must be made on a current, original CKC registration application. It is the responsibility of each dog owner/breeder who represents dogs/puppies as eligible for CKC registration to insure that each registration application is fully completed and given to the new owner at the time the dog/puppy is transferred. Registration applications must be complete with proper documentation and fees for processing by CKC. All applications must be sent to the business office of CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB located in Walker, Louisiana.
3. Any breeder or owner of any dog(s) representing puppies as eligible for CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB registration must have the parent dogs of the puppies registered with CKC prior to representing the puppies as eligible for registration with CKC.
4. When representing a puppy as eligible for CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB registration, the owner/breeder must provide the new owner with a current, completed pre-printed Puppy Registration Application, which includes the parents' names and CKC registration numbers. If the breeder does not own the sire, and the sire is registered with another kennel club, which has been approved by CKC, then the breeder must provide a copy of the sire's registration papers from the other kennel club.
5. The CANINE Registration Application must be used to register dogs whose parents are not registered with CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB. The dog owner must complete the application and provide a copy of registration papers from another kennel club (approved by CKC) as proof of his/her dog being purebred. If other kennel club papers are not available, the dog owner must provide two witnesses who can verify the accuracy and truthfulness of the information listed on the application. When using the witness option, your dog must be at least 6 months of age and you must submit 3 photos (front, left & right) of your dog with the application. If any of the information listed on the application or the photos submitted are challenged, the dog owner agrees to bring forth said witnesses.
6. CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB accepts registration applications and issues certificates based on the honor and integrity of the owner/breeder applicants, and CKC accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate, false, or fraudulent information submitted on registration applications.
a. CKC reserves the right to refuse registration to any person or to revoke or suspend the club member privileges of any member who is convicted of a crime of cruelty to animals in any state, province, or country.
b. CKC reserves the right to refuse registration to any person or to revoke or suspend the club member privileges of any member who acts in a manner that CKC deems unethical, fraudulent, or dishonest.
c. CKC reserves the right to investigate any club member to insure compliance with CKC registration rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Members determined to be at fault of violating any of CKC’s registration rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures are responsible for all fees incurred by CKC’s investigation, including, but not limited to: DNA, PEA, and any other tests conducted in CKC’s investigation.
d. CKC reserves the right to refuse registration to any person or to revoke or suspend the club member privileges of any member who refuses to cooperate with or hinders in any way a CKC investigation or refuses to reimburse CKC investigation fees as described in Rule 6c.
7. CKC registration applicants and certificate holders acknowledge that all CKC registration applications and registration certificates (once issued) remain the property of CKC and are to be surrendered upon demand. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of each dog owner/breeder to notify CKC of any changes in a dog’s registration status such as its death or change in ownership.
8. In cases of questionable parentage of a CKC-registered dog(s) or dog(s) submitted for CKC registration, CONTINENTAL KENNEL CLUB will recognize and act upon the results of DNA testing to determine the parentage of the dog(s) in question. This would be considered where there was no acceptable registry in the dog's country of birth, when the dog was physically in the United States, and after the sire, dam and all dogs in the litter had been DNA tested."
B. Litters
A litter whelped outside of the United States is not eligible for AKC registration, but individual dogs from such a litter may become eligible if imported into the U.S. and,
1. The dog is individually registered with a Foreign Registry Organization listed in Section IV of this pamphlet prior to being imported.
2. The requirements outlined in Section IA of this pamphlet are met.
3. If whelped in a country with no Foreign Registry Organization on the list in Section IV of this pamphlet, but both the sire and dam are AKC registered, if the owner requests and receives permission to have Sire, Dam and entire litter DNA tested prior to importing the dog, that dog may be considered for AKC registration.
C. Bitches Imported in Whelp
A litter whelped in the U.S. by reason of a mating that took place outside the U.S. between an AKC registered or registrable Dam and a non-AKC registered Sire may be registered if the Sire meets the registration requirements outlined in Section A and the completed Special Litter Registration Application (ALITTS) is accompanied by:
1. A legible copy of the official three-generation Pedigree for the Sire issued by the Foreign Registry in sire's country of birth.
2. The Stud Certificate issued by the registry organization in whose Stud Book the Sire is registered, or an official letter from that registry organization, must verify, with its official Club Seal and authorized signature, that the person signing as owner of the Sire was, in fact, the recorded owner of the dog at the time of the mating and that the foreign Sire was mated to the bitch named on the AKC Litter Registration Application Form.
The individual AKC registration of the Dam, imported in whelp, must be effected before consideration will be given to an application for litter registration.
D. AKC Bitch Bred to a Non-AKC Dog in the United States
A litter produced by an AKC registered Dam and a non-AKC registered Sire as the result of a breeding in the United States may only be registered when the Sire becomes registered with the AKC.
E. Artificial Insemination Using Fresh Extended or Frozen Semen
A litter produced as a result of artificial insemination using imported frozen or fresh extended semen will be considered for AKC registration if the Sire meets the same requirements for AKC registration as stated in Section I, and is DNA certified as follows, Effective October 1, 1998, AKC "DNA Certification" is required for all stud dogs, domestic and foreign, collected for fresh extended and frozen semen use. Cheek swab DNA samples must be obtained by the collector and submitted to the AKC with the Notification of Collection. An "AKC DNA Certificate" with the DNA Profile and Number is issued to the owner.
F. Import DNA Requirement
All imported dogs (male or female) registered on or after March 1, 2006 require AKC DNA profiling prior to the registration of their first AKC-registered litter.
II. DOGS OWNED BY RESIDENTS OF BERMUDA, CANADA AND MEXICO

They are very healthy, are hand tamed are already speaking. They are close to 20months (1year 8months) old now.
As you can see hyacinth macaws are an endangered species of bird the whole world and America risk loosing just one.That is why this species of birth is being protected from extinct.

Now, the funny bit is I started trading insults with this guy. He wasn't really very good at it, couldn't write in coherent english. Finally, he claimed he was taking the non-existant birds to a non-existant shipping company. I heard from the shipping company (a fake, using an outblaze free e-mail address, rock.com, with a link at the bottom of the e-mail itself making it easier to report abuse. This is also an outblaze.net company, so I reproted it to them too. ) This is a tatic the scammers use. They then write pretending to be the shipping company and start demanding money for care of the non-existant pet. Some have even faked being lawyers or law enforcement and written to try and pressure folks into sending money.

At last I have found a home for this very love and protected species of bird. I will be very happy to send back this bird to my country and into a caring family that will take good care of them. They are very healthy, are hand tamed are already speaking. They are close to 20months (1year 8months) old now.
As you can see hyacinth macaws are an endangered species of bird the whole world and America risk loosing just one.That is why this species of birth is being protected from extinct.
I am called Philip Rogers and I live in Victoria . I was given this pair of birds by a fellow American Brother who is no more living .What has made to send back these birds is the nature (community health volunteer) of my job that will be taking me to the war thorn region of Dafour in Sudan , and America risk loosing the species of this bird. Actually these birds (gigi and jiji) came from America and so sending them back will be no problem. You shall only have to renew their papers so that they can be flown back into the US. I will want you to please give me the following details of yours so that I can take the birds to the airport and they will contact you back as concerns the flight papers of gigi and jiji. Now, the funny bit is I started trading insults with this guy. He wasn't really very good at it, couldn't write in coherent english. Finally, he claimed he was taking the non-existant birds to a non-existant shipping company. I heard from the shipping company (a fake, using an outblaze free e-mail address, rock.com, with a link at the bottom of the e-mail itself making it easier to report abuse. This is also an outblaze.net company, so I reproted it to them too. ) This is a tatic the scammers use. They then write pretending to be the shipping company and start demanding money for care of the non-existant pet. Some have even faked being lawyers or law enforcement and written to try and pressure folks into sending money.
