Re: take this precious bird home.hyacinth macaw parrots

Hi,
Thanks for your mail a.I am spending a lot of time at work and this is the main reason why Kona needs a new home where she will be given attention and love. She is 13 months old
These highly intelligent and talkative bird shall make a better family pet ,as she is less inclined to bond strictly to one person. Much like the blue and gold macaws in other respects, Kona require regular interaction with her owners and prefer to live in a household that is run by strict routine and is relatively quiet thought she is flippant at times. She has a well developed vocabulary with interesting words and songs, and very affectionate with owners so shall take some time to be well adapted to her new environment.
She shall come with her decent three storey cage with all her bird accessories and documents. She shall be flown from Dublin Ireland from where i am currently located. She came from USA,that is why i decided that she will find a home back only in USA so if you will be taking kona, please do mail me back and i shall give you all adoption directives and procedure. Thanks once more for your interest in this wonderful bird and i shall be waiting to read from you.
Have a great day

Re: take this precious bird home.hyacinth macaw parrots

Hi,
Thanks for your mail and interest in hyacinth macaw. She is called Kona and still available and shall go to any home promissing the best for her. The hyacinth macaw is extremely intelligent, perhaps topping all other parrots in its ability to learn new things throughout a lifetime. Adult hyacinths are considered shy and introverted, and usually bond with only one person, being aloof with everyone else. They are also one of the most rigid and pattern oriented of all parrots, being keenly observant and sensitive to the slightest change in routine. Excellent talkers and mimics, these birds can accurately imitate specific human voices and household noises such as the doorbell, telephone, or microwave. As very empathetic and emotional birds, hyacinths have distinct personalities and can be demanding of their owner's time and attention. This bird is just too much a wonderfull source of companion and entertainment but i am going to miss her.she is free i am asking just 200 for her flight reactivation back to usa,get back for pictures.thanks
