SAYS HIS COUNTRY IS TOO SMALL THAT HE NEEDS THE MONEY WIRED. ADVERTISES AS BIRD BEING 300.00 AFTER SHIPPING, THEN HE LOWERS PRICE TO 200. CLAIMS HE HAS LOTS OF PEOPLE WAITING. I SAID I WOULD FLY INTERNATIONAL TO GET BIRD AND HE GOT VERY ANGRY SAID BIRD HAD TO BE SHIPPED OR NO DEAL. BIG RED FLAG, WOULDN'T EVEN MEET ME IN THE AIRPORT.
