My husband and myself are both not comfortable with exchanging money with someone we can't meet in person. So we asked for the airlines info to deal with them directly. I got an email, but it looks like it could be a hotmail or simular like account. I asked for the airlines website and got the response that it is not working at the moment. So this is when I started running a web search myself and found this site. TY, you saved me from sending $250 dollars and getting my heart broken yet again.

thank god for websites like this. my bf and i were looking for english bulldogs, and we found some in cameroon, we started getting everything ready the guy told us that they were AKC registered and he would be sending all their toys, well we didn't think anything of it until we had to western union the airport. then on the day we got a phone number for the airport, i decided to look a little deeper into this place, and it turns out that there is not a single pet that has ever been sent from cameroon, it is all a scam, thank god we caught it before it happened to us! but at the same times our hearts were set on these dogs

So i posted some comments and said I was interested in seeing more photos and more infromation on the dogs. Then this guy kept pressuring me and pressuring me and kept telling me he didnt have the money to ship his precious puppies out of Cameroon. So ya I fell for it, but i didnt give in. He has been emailing me wanting me to call him and western Union the money to CamAirLines Pet Transit. Please beware of this. I did alot of research after the guy kept bugging me about it. Then i got these bogus emails from this "camairlines Consultant" giving out all his company information, but there was no comapny at all. What a scam. These people didnt get any information out of me. I just feel bad that they have gotten alot of people.

I'm sorry to say there is nothing you can do to get the money you have already sent back. You can notify local law enforcement but there is nothing these organizations can do to get your money back.
ReplyDeleteDo not send any more money. Stop all communications with the scammers. Beware, they may try to victimize you again by pretending to be an organization that claims they can recover your money, for a fee. Do not fall for this recovery scam.
I have also come across the same "Christian man" in Cameroon, claiming that his two English Bulldog pups belonged to his daughter who died "three weeks ago" and he claims he cannot stand to see them now. Very sad, I know. Sucks you right in. He says his name is Frank Toni and his daughter's name was Jenner. He charges a $200 paperwork fee and covers the rest of the cost but when the animals arrive at the Douala International Airport to be shipped, the airport contacts you with an email requesting, in this case, $879 that is suposedly refundable upon the dogs arrival. I have reported these individuals as well and I hope that someone reads this post.

Well she has send alot of emails regarding this dog and how to pay. She also send me a picture of the dog. Well clicking at the picture it takes me to another website. She copied and pasted pictures of puppies. Who does that? If that was really her dog she would have uploaded the pictures. It made me wonder so I answer back and kept on going with the process to see how far she would go but I never gave her my info. Well than she send an email from the airport. So fake!!! Everything copied and pasted from other sites. So I started to search and sure enough I ran accross this site...Becareful! Too good to be truth!!

The site is full of scammers..I emailed woman about a puppy and she emailed me back and asked all sorts of questions told me I would only pay the price to ship the dog which was 250.00. I was excited but as I further searched the website other people had pictures trying to sell the same dog...so I answered her questions and when she emailed me back the shipping price had almost doubled. So I confronted her about about it and then left it alone..I think when I actually get my yorkie, Im going to do business in person. Taking shortcuts or the cheaper way has proven to be totally disasterous!

a member of your family, i was advices not to separate them,that it
may affect their health. Like i said they are just the best you can
think of having. we have been using recent home brokerage methods to
train them. Do you have a large yard where they can play in? They
loves playing around with kids and other household pets. they are
potty trained and they are 3 month old. You need not to take much time to acquaint yourself
with them. They will obey all commands like when you say lie down,
come here, they will obey them instantly.
The reason we ask of your believes is cuz we were thinking of sending
Sarah and Banly to a Christian home. My husband said we should be
careful on the kind of home we are sending them into, because we are
not interested in making money from them and we are afraid that we may
send them to some one who may sale them for money making after getting
them from us which we don`t want that to happen. I am happy you

will be coming to you from here. we were thinking of contacting the
shipping agency so that they can deliver Sarah and Banly at your
home. We just relocated here to resume work b4 we could find out that
we are not permitted to own our own pets.
We will fill the adoption form and have it signed at the delegation of
animal and husbandry.. After this we will get them registered with the
shipping agency and pay them so that you will reserve a flight for
Sara and Banly. All we need is a loving and forever home for Sarah
and Banly. We want them to be happy forever.

I am sure Sarah and Banly will have a great time in your home. My
husband has agreed that we should send Sarah and Banly to you. The
money is not the problem now and you are to pay the money directly to
the shipping company that will be in charge of the shipping of the
puppies so that their flight can be activated so that they will be
shipped to you. but we will need to present the papers at the
delegation of animal and husbandry first.

and nearest airport around you .
My husband want to put it on the adoption form and take it to the delegation of
animal and husbandry for verification and signing. The delegation will
verify if all the information of the change of ownership papers are
correct and complete then sign on it and will also issue an
attestation showing that Sarah and Banly are free to be transported.
then my husband will take this adoption form to police authorities for
certification.
After this he will take Sarah and Banly to the shipping agency here
and pay them so that they will reserve a flight for the babies and we
will send you all the flight details which you will intend use to pick
up Sarah and Banly at your airport. This flight details will
comprise of the departure and arrival time, parcel number, flight
number and also the airway bill number...
We also have the option to pay and extra fee to the airport for door
delivery.. With this, when Sarah and Banly arrives your airport,
they will use their pets delivery van to bring them to your home (
your door steps)
Remember that you will have to sign the delivery note when you receive
Sarah and Banly. When you do this the delivery man will give you a
copy and also take a copy back to the airport to show proves that the
puppies have actually been delivered and in good condition.
I believe you understand how all will work out. My husband have
shipped a puppy in the past. So he knows all the steps. Send us your
full address, full names and nearest airport so that we will put on
the adoption form. We need to fill it before taking it to the
delegation for approval and signing.

So as you can see, I almost got suckered in. I just think it's awful that in a country where there is so much abundance of exotic wildlife, they think that were stupid americans and don't know any better. It almost as though they think we can all afford to just throw money away. I just don't understand. And I actually tried to explain to these people that you can not import monkeys from other countries secondary to them having many medical conditions that are transmittable to humans. IE Tuberculosis, AIDS,etc... I think you get the point.

oh my... i just paid $200 for a yorkie... and now, reading this, i don't think it's ever going to happen. it was a couple selling a puppy named Nina, and they were in cameroon... im so heart broken because i really want this puppy for my twin daughter... how awful

My husband and I recently found an add for english bulldogs for free adoption. We were so excited for we have been wanting one for a long time. We contacted them via email (gavidhood@yahoo.com). Sounded good so we sent them our information. I noticed later that more adds were showing up with the same pictures of the pups but from different email addresses. We sent for more information and wanted a phone number so we can talk person to person. They would always email me back but never a phone number. The emails said that we could have all three pups that they had left for just a transfer fee of $288. They mentioned the Douala/Victoria Airport pets department. Thank God I am skeptical about it and found this website. These people got a nasty email back from me and I alerted the advertisers of the scam. Maybe word will get around and these people will be stopped. I don't know what they can do with the information that we were duped into giving them but they sure as hell aren't getting any money from me.

I am glad I did a little more research before I lost my $160 for a 2 month old Maltese teacup. His email address is lux4life01@yahoo.com He has called me several times and then emailed me Cameroon Notification that the puppy is waiting for the flight once I send the money, and it only took him one hour to go through the whole procedure since I spoke with him this morning. I find that impossible, and luckily I found this site after I was finally given the specific airport. I knew it was too good to be true.
