Beware, scammers will frequently give you a 'local' or even US or European phone number to use. these numbers are not legit, but go to forwarding services. Your call will be forwarded to a cell phone in Africa somewhere, and you'll never know.

I got the same e-mail above but it said $500 dollars and I actually believed all of it and lost a lot of money. The secretary name that was used was Brittany Perez. I e-mailed her and the guy that was selling me the puppies and demanded for my money back if not the authorites would be involved. ReplyDeleteIt's not even a legit airport, let alone a 'goverment' airport. You are simply e-mailing back and forth with some scammer who is sitting in an internet cafe in Africa somewhere. Sorry to hear you lost your money, beware. You may be hit up with a 'recovery' scam from another or the same scammer pretending to be someone who can recover your lost money. It's just another scam to try and get more money out of you.

I am very sure of this because this is the same way i relocated with cuby out of the united states to Cameroon/Africa and it did not take up to 26hours because it was a direct flight,

I was communicating with someone at the email address eric.ray22@yahoo.com who was trying to sell me a teacup yorkie for $120 being shipped to me from Cameroon. When I asked him to email me a copy of the pedigree and AKC registration he claimed that he had already dropped the paperwork and the puppy off at the airport. He actually called me on the phone! But luckily I realized it was a scam before I sent any money...if it sounds too good to be true...it probably is!
