Their numerous ads are on every pet site I've visited.
Apparently his poor wife died and he's selling the puppies at 90% off. Weird thing is that the ads usually have a woman's name listed as the poster of the ad.
They have numerous IP addresses in their email message:

I'm guessing this bouncing around of IP addresses is to avoid detection.
The ad I responded to listed them as being in Georgia. However, notice they mentioned shipping from Indianapolis. (And their spelling and punctuation is atrocious):

but if you cannot come, its still OK and fine because i can arrange for the shipping and delivery with a professional pet transport and delivery company which will transport, and home deliver the puppies to you.
in this 2nd option, you will spend extra 250 for the puppy, to be flied, delivered and given to you right at your home address,because its 250 per puppy
i have done this to many, to Seline Frey (Switzerland ), Sabine Krug (Germany ) and to Tim Carter (UK)
you will give me your name, home address, telephone number and the nearest local airport to you.
i will then take the puppies and your address to the delivery company and get them registered for the flight and delivery
i will be issued and given a tracking number, for the flight and delivery status of the puppies which i will intend give to you so that you can constantly track the status of the flight and delivery.
in the tracking which shall be done by the delivery company, it will contain the departure time from the Indianapolis airport and arrival time at whatever airport is closest to you, and the delivery time at your home address so that you can be in your home in person at the time of the delivery

They got $300.00 from us, before we realized be taken to the cleaners. and No puppy.
